A lightly spiced Turmeric Latte style drink packed with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Dissolve 3 tsps with 1/2 cup boiling water. Add to 1-2 cups cold milk (coconut, almond or dairy) and shake, or stir warm milk in a heated saucepan for several minutes. Sweeten with 1/2 tsp of honey for each tsp of Golden Milk if desired. Pass either style through a fine sieve to strain, and serve either with ice-cubes, as part of a banana smoothie, or warm in a mug.
