1 x Szechuan Pepper Seasoning (Hot)
Szechuan pepper (or Sichuan Pepper) is a spice from the Sichuan cuisine of China’s southwestern Sichuan Province. It has a unique aroma and flavor that is neither hot like chili peppers nor pungent like black pepper. Instead, it has slight lemony overtones and creates a tingly numbness in the mouth due to hydroxy-α-sanshool.
This seasoning combines this ingredient with western herbs and spices to create a rub which is perfect for chicken or a tofu stir fry.
1 x Garlic and Chilli Seasoning (Very Hot)
A most famous and popular flavour out of our entire range! Although a common combination, we have perfected the recipe to give a perfect balance between the heat it gives off and the beautiful garlicy and savoury flavour. This is an all purpose flavour that can be used on practically all dishes.
1 x Fiji Lamb Curry Pre-Mix
Perfect for a winter storm! With a strong aroma stemming from turmeric, curry leaves and cumin, this curry blend will spice up your lamb at home!
1 x Fajita Seasoning
A Mexican traditional flavour well known for its heaty taste for Mexican salad bowls or in wraps. Marinate this with chicken and cook it for a chicken wrap with any veggies (lettuce, tomato, capsicum, etc). Top it off with yoghurt to give it a beautiful finish.
How to use:
Rubs/Seasoning – Rub 60-80g of seasoning and apply equivalent amount of oil into 1kg of meat. Set for 30 mins before pan fry, grill or baking. Or use as taste required.
Curry – Add approximately 60g of Pre-Mix on to 500g of lamb. Add 1 to 1.5 cups of water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes before adding 2 cans of beans (drained). Continue to simmer for 30 minutes before servings. See our Step by step recipe
