Breakaway from every day, with this Sterling Silver Bone Wrist Wear.

The Story – This is a totally tongue in cheek piece born out of the frustration of a hand injury that stopped me from being able to made for six months. This of course caused some form of temporary insanity that I used to create an exhibition piece called obedience. A second set of finger bones were created and these pieces were created from the individual bones. Bones. They are the last earthly traces of the dead, and seem to last forever: bones symbolize the indestructible life (it represents resurrection in some traditions), yet also may represent mortality and the transitory.
Each Sterling Silver piece is unique, created using the lost wax casting method.
This Sterling Silver piece mounted on either leather or high-quality neoprene with stainless steel watch clasps. Please note your wrist length so the piece can be customised.
