Our Website is an online platform to facilitate the sale and purchase of various products. On our Website, independent Sellers list their products for sale for you to browse, select, order and purchase.
Any order placed through our Website is an offer by you to the Seller to purchase a particular product in accordance with the Terms. If the Seller accepts your offer, you enter into an agreement with the Seller of and for that particular product.
HSR Publishing only serve as an agent between you and the Seller, hence HSR Publishing is not a party to the agreement between you and the Seller.
In making a purchase through the BuyHunter store on our Website you declare that you are over 18 years of age, or if you are not 18 years of age, that you have parental consent to make the purchase.
Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by providing certain guaranteed rights when purchasing goods and services. These rights, which automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Under Australian Consumer Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Payments, prices, GST and other taxes
We accept payments via major cards (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal. We reserve the right to change our mode of payment at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable and responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any credit card fraud or unauthorised access to a PayPal account.
We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank. If your payment is not received in full or is declined by your bank, credit card issuer or Paypal, your Seller will not ship the ordered Products.
All prices on our Website are listed in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST (where applicable).
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders.
Sellers on the Website reserve the right to change the prices of their Goods at any time without notice to you.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Unless we or the Seller are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Products to the Seller. We highly recommend that you use a trackable delivery service when returning the Products and that you notify a Seller immediately upon receipt of damaged Products. Please contact the Seller BEFORE returning any Products.
Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for certain Products, in particular for personalised and made-to-order items, undergarments, earrings for pierced ears, food, drinks, beauty and makeup items that have been used or opened.
All items must be returned within 10 days from the date you receive the Products, in their original packaging, in original condition, complete with any accessories and by the original purchaser. If these conditions are not met, the Seller reserves the right to deny a return.
If you have damaged the Products yourself, or you have failed to take proper care of the Products the Seller may not be able to provide you with a repair, refund or replacement.
However, you may still be able to contact the Seller to arrange a repair or replacement. The cost of any repair or replacement will be borne by you. Further, the arrangement for any repair or replacement shall be between you and the Seller only and we are or will not be a party to this arrangement.
In addition to any of your consumer rights, if you have changed your mind about your purchase, our Sellers will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. However, you may be able to contact the Seller directly and arrange an exchange on your own.
Once your return is received and inspected, your Seller will send you an email to notify your returned item has been received. The Seller will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank to make sure you have allowed for sufficient time for the refund to be processed. The same applies to your credit card company. Processing times may vary for different card providers and banks.

Damaged in Shipment
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to your Seller within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Shipment and processing times
While all effort is made to ensure that Goods purchased from our Website will be processed by the Seller within 3 business days of receiving your order, we or the Seller cannot guarantee processing times. The processing times for Made to Order items can vary considerably. Your Seller will notify you if processing times vary from the times stated on the product page of a given Product.
Our Sellers generally use third party delivery companies to delivery your order. By placing an order you agree that your details, such as name, contact numbers, delivery address, will be passed on to those third parties. Sellers, when fulfilling your order will often provide you with a tracking number.
Further, you agree that notwithstanding anything in these Terms, we or our Sellers are not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or delay in delivery.
If you ask for the Products to be left at a delivery address, we or our Sellers are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of Products once the Products have been delivered to that address.
Shipping charges incurred with your order will be calculated during the checkout process on our Website.
Cancellations of orders
Sellers will contact you as soon as possible if there are delays in shipping your order. In such an instance, you may cancel an order at your own discretion at any time BEFORE the Seller ships the Goods.
Ownership, risk and title
Risk and title to the Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the delivery/shipping address provided in your order.
Information on Products and Sellers, availability of Products
We rely on Sellers providing us with correct information. Hence, we cannot be held liable for any incorrect information or misrepresentation with respect to Sellers or their Products.
While we take care to only use imagery that reflects the Products as accurately as possible, colours and textures are representational only. In particular the representation of colours may be impacted by the settings of your computer monitor.
From time to time, Products on the Website may be out of stock or unavailable and the Sellers may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, the Seller will use reasonable efforts to either
- Exchange the Products with comparable Products in a comparable price range where possible and as agreed with you.
- Notify you of an estimated time frame for the fulfilment of your original order
- Notify you to arrange a full or partial refund
- Or come to some other mutually agreed upon alternative arrangement.
Availability of the Website
From time to time, down-time on this Website, either scheduled or unscheduled, may occur. We will endeavour to work within reason to ensure the amount of down-time is limited and will not be held liable for the consequences of any down-time.
Any links to other websites are not under our control unless stated otherwise. Hence we do not endorse, sponsor or approve such third party websites or their content and we are not liable and responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of a visit to such third party websites.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permissible by law, this Website and all content appearing on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permissible by the law, we are not liable and responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect and however caused (including through negligence) that you may suffer in connection with your use of this Website or any linked website and take no responsibility for any loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this Website.
Other, general provisions
By not taking action against you for breach of these Terms we do not waive our rights to do so with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any part of these Terms is found to be void, unenforceable or unlawful for any reason, this will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
We shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
